How To: Testimonials

Overview

Home Page Testimonials are featured items that are shown on the Home Page.

Testimonials combine an image with text and the details of the individual who provided the testimonial.

Task

Create, edit and manage Testimonials on Platform Home Page 

Pre-requisites

Instructions

  1. Within the Admin Tools Dashboard, navigate to the "Event Config" module and then "Home Page" via the charcoal navigational bar on the left-hand side of the platform.

  2. Click the “Testimonials” tab on top of the screen and then "Create Testimonial".

  3. You can now input your Testimonial details. (* denotes a mandatory field).

    • Full Name*

    • Job Title*

    • Testimonial*

      • Each testimonial is a short paragraph and not exceeding 100 words.

    • Order - allows you input the order that the Testimonial/s will appear in.

    • Background Image (this image will appear with a transparent, grey overlay).

    • Status (Testimonial can be setup as a draft and published at a later date).

  4. Once you have completed all mandatory or relevant fields, select ‘Submit’ or ‘Save and Add Another’.

Outcome

Testimonial/s are created for all Users and Delegates to view on the Home Page.
