How To: Set Up Events
Administrators set up their events in the Global Dashboard under ‘Manage' and then ‘Events’.

Administrators can add an unlimited number of events by clicking the navy blue ‘+ Add event’ button and then populating the event details in the drawer that slides in on the right hand side.
Event fields include:
Event type: select from ‘Hybrid’, ‘In-person’, ‘Virtual’ and ‘Webinar’.
Event name: add the official event name. The event name will be visible for registrants under ‘Event details’ on the registration form.
Location: add the venue, city and country where applicable. This event location will be visible for registrants under ‘Event details’ on the registration form.
Event website: add the URL for the home page of the event website. This event website will be visible for registrants under ‘Event details’ on the registration form. The website URL will also be linked on the registration confirmation page and in automated emails.
Google Maps URL: enter the venue name in Google Maps and copy the URL into this field. This location URL will be visible for registrants under ‘Event details’ on the registration form.
Cover Image: upload the top banner for the online registration form here.
Menu Logo: upload a logo which will display in your event listing.
Email Signature: upload the email signature that will be automatically added to the bottom of all registration emails that are being sent out through the system.
From date: enter the first day of your event here.
To date: enter the last day of your event here.
Start time: add the start time of your program on the first day of your event here.
End time: add the end time of your program on the last day of your event here.
Currency: select the currency in which your registration ticket prices will be listed and charged.

Click the navy blue ‘Save’ button on the bottom right of the drawer to add your event. This automatically adds the event to Registration Management module (under ‘Manage’ and then ‘Registration setup’), where building of the registration form needs to be done.

You can edit created events at any time by clicking the event in the list in the Global Dashboard; the drawer will slide in on the right and you can update and save the event details. This automatically updates the event details in the Registration Management module.
