Lets get you started:
Create the event, name, dates, venue, clone (copy) previous event details
Create your event
Name your event
Choose an acronym (this will form part of your unique URL for you portal)
For similar events, clone settings from a previous event
Choose the venue if known
Choose the dates of the event
Choose the email address that will receive emails from users
