Platform Housekeeping - For Delegates
If you require technical support at any point throughout the event, please click on the blue ‘Support’ button in the bottom right hand corner to contact the technical team for instant support.
Please use the chat comment box on the right hand side of where you are watching the live stream to interact with your fellow attendees and share your thoughts on the presentations.
If you have a question for any of our speakers today, please scroll down under the livestream and click on the ‘Ask a question’ button
The Agenda/Program can be viewed via the ‘Agenda/Program’ menu icon in the left hand menu bar
If enabled: You can also chat with your fellow attendees privately via the ‘Chat’ button in the top menu bar
If enabled: You can arrange 1:1 meetings with your fellow attendees. Please refer to the "How To Book A Meeting" page for further information around this.Â
If you miss any of today’s content, or would like to rewatch any of the sessions; all livestreams are recorded and will be available on the platform 48 – 72 hours after the event has concluded. You can access these via the Program/Agenda button on the left hand side. Once the videos are ready, there will be a button shown to the right of the Session next to "Notes" which says "Watch". Recordings will be available on the platform for up to 12 months.
Platform Tips - For Clients
Livestream Chat:
At the start of the day, we recommend you jump on the live stream page and pop a comment in the chat box to welcome your virtual audience, encourage them to use the chat box and to scroll below the live stream to ask a question. No one wants to be the first to put a chat message in! Something along the lines of the below:
Welcome to <insert event name here>
Please place your comments and thoughts in this chat box throughout the day, and if you have any questions for our speakers, please submit a question by scrolling down and clicking on the ‘Ask a question’ button under this chat box.
If you need any technical assistance, please click on the blue ‘Support’ button
in the bottom right hand corner of the page. We’re joining you today from xxx, where are you joining from?
Livestream Questions:
When a delegate asks a question, the questions will automatically appear on the livestream page (unless this Event Feature has been disabled. If you are not sure, please contact your Account Manager)
We recommend you don’t delete any questions, as they will not appear in the reporting if you delete them from the platform.
If you wish to hide any questions, you can:
Click on the ‘Access Speaker Tools’ on the livestream page
This will take you to the admin section, where you can scroll down to the ‘Questions’ area and hit the ‘Hide’ button
