How To: Log In

Task

Delegate to log in to the platform.

Pre-requisites

  • Delegate to have created a User Account or had one created for them by the conference organiser.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the platform.

  2. Click the 'Log In' Menu icon in the top right-hand corner of the platform to navigate to the Log In page.

  3. Once on the Log In page (/users/sign_in), input:

    • Your email address into the Email Address field (this email address is the email address you used to Create a User Account).

    • Your password into the Password field (keeping in mind that passwords are case sensitive).

  4. Click the 'Log In' button.

If you have forgotten you password, please click the 'Forgot Your Password?' hyperlink below the 'Log In' button. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  1. If you experience any problems logging in you can use the blue support button in the bottom right hand corner (when operational):
