How To: Customise a Registration Form

Administrators can customise the registration form in the following ways:

  1. Top banner upload. Administrators can upload a top banner on the Global Dashboard, under ‘Manage' and then ‘Events’. The file uploaded for the ‘Cover Image’ field will be displayed as the top banner on the registrant side of the registration form - see below screenshot

  1. Naming of form elements. Every form element, question and ticket on the registration form is editable, offering Administrators maximum form customisation options.

 

  1. Editing of labels. Administrators can edit labels and add descriptions for different sections of the registration form:

  • Attendee groups page - Administrators can change this label to eg. ‘Registration Group’

  • Discount code - Administrators can change this label to eg. ‘Discount and Promo Codes’

  • Personal information page - Administrators can change this label to eg. ‘Registration Details’

  • Registration types page - Administrators can change this label to eg. ‘Conference/Congress/Webinar tickets’

  • Function tickets page - Administrators can change this label to eg. ‘Social Events’

  • Workshop tickets page - Administrators can change this label to eg. ‘Masterclasses’

  • Tours ticket page - Administrators can change this label to eg. ‘Side Events’

  • Additional information page - Administrators can change this label to eg. ‘Marketing and Privacy Details’

 

  1. Administrators can also add descriptions/instructions on top of the different form pages; as well as messages for registrants when the registration form is in the ‘Building’ or ‘Closed’ stage.
