How To: Group Registrations

The evexus registration management module offers intuitive group registration functionality. Administrators only need create an Attendee Group for Group Registrations and select ‘Yes’ for ‘Does this category support group registration’.

 

On the registrant side, the group coordinator enters the first name, last name and email address for each group member; and selects the tickets they want to purchase for each group member and makes payment/checks out all tickets for the group.

 

After the group coordinator completes the relevant steps in the form, each individual group member automatically receives an invitation email with a unique tokenised link. The individual group members are required to opt into the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and to complete Personal Information and Additional Information pages. The group members can not add or remove tickets - they have to contact their group coordinator for this.

 

After both the group coordinator and the group members have completed their parts of the registration form, the registration is complete. Automated reminders will be send for incomplete group registrations.
