Please ensure the below is enabled/setup for this feature to function:
Event Feature
My Network & Following Feature

Billing Options (Event Setup)
Private Chat
EnabledWithin the Admin Tools Dashboard, navigate to "Events" module and then "Events" via the charcoal navigational bar on the left-hand side of the platform.
Click the black ‘Actions’ button and then “Event Features” from the dropdown to the right of the relevant Event to edit.
Find (CTRL+F/Command+F) “My Network & Following Feature” and select ‘Enabled’
Billing Options
Within the Admin Tools Dashboard, navigate to "Events" module and then "Events" via the charcoal navigational bar on the left-hand side of the platform.
Click the black ‘Actions’ button and then the blue pencil “Edit” icon to the right of the relevant Event to edit.
Scroll down to the Billable Options" section at the bottom of the page
Enable "Private Chat" as per below screenshot.

Other Setup Requirements
At least 1 User is required to be linked to the booth for "Chat" to show and function.

Scroll down to the “Billable Options" section at the bottom of the page
Enable "Video Meetings
Enabled" as per below screenshot.

Find (CTRL+F/Command+F) “Exhibitor/Sponsor Public Chat” and select ‘Enabled’

Enable "Private Chat
Enabled" as per below screenshot.
Lead Capture
Delegates can connect with Sponsors and Exhibitors via the button "Connect with Sponsor" or "Connect with Exhibitor" which will be shown just under their logo are per below screenshot.
This feature will only function if there is at least 1 User linked to the Sponsor/Exhibitor Profile. All Users linked will receive an email with the new lead capture information.
