The evexus Customer Success Executive will set up a dedicated and co-branded booking.com page for your event based on your requirements with regards to hotel star rating and proximity to the venue. The evexus Customer Success Executive will provide the event Administrator with the relevant booking.com URL for the event. The Administrator can enter this URL in the ‘Other settings, customisations’ step.

Registrants will be offered the option to book their accommodation through a link on the registration confirmation page , and the automated registration confirmation emailemails. Any changes to their hotel booking will be looked after by booking.com and/or the hotel booked, eliminating labour intensive accommodation enquiry and management by the event Administrators.
