The evexus registration management module offers intuitive group registration functionality. Administrators only need create an Attendee Category Group for Group Registrations and select ‘Yes’ for ‘Does this category support group registration’.

After the group coordinator completes the relevant steps in the form, each individual group member automatically receives a confirmation an invitation email with a unique tokenised link. The individual group members are required to opt into the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and to complete Personal Information and Additional Information pages. The group members can not add or remove tickets - they have to contact their group coordinator for this.
