Task

Add in Event Contacts Users to your Platform which will show via the right hand navigational menu under Contact Us and also via the URL slug /contacts

Pre-requisites

• Create a Tenant

• Create an Event 

Instructions

1. Access the functionality via "Event Options" and "Contactsthe “Users” module and then "Users" which is found via the black charcoal navigational bar on the left-hand side of the platform

2. At the bottom of the page, click "Create ContactUser" which will open up the following page of "Create ContactUser" 

3. Complete the fields within the page, the mandatory fields are:

   • Name

   • Email

   • Phone Number

4. Once you have completed all the fields you wish too, you can now click Submit for your new Contact. 

5. These Contact/s will show via the URL slug /contacts which is also able to be accessed via the right hand navigational bar within your platform at the bottom. This option will not show up in the right hand navigational bar unless you have a Contact loaded within this section of the platform. 

Outcome

Once completed, you will have your desired Contact User visible within your platform.
